He was married on 27/3/1920 to Gladys Kathleen Saltmarsh. He had one son, OW Frewin, who grew up in Jamestown and moved to the suburb of Kingswood in c1934, becoming a local GP.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and consults at our Stirling Medical Centre four days per week.
